SEALECTION® 500 and SEALECTION Agribalance® are both two-component, open-cell, spray-applied, semi-rigid polyurethane foam systems that are spray-applied as liquid adhesives that expand in place over 100 times their volume within seconds, to fill every crack, gap and void. This provides an insulation and air seal at the same plane and offers superior energy efficiency and improved indoor air quality by eliminating uncontrolled air infiltration through walls and roofs. These products are water-blown foam systems with a low in-place density and are non-toxic, with no CFC’s, HCFC’s, formaldehyde or asbestos content.

SEALECTION Agribalance® Spray Foam Insulation is made with more than 20 percent renewable agricultural-based materials (refined vegetable oils) in the resin and the installed foam product tests at 10% biobased content.

HEATLOK SOY® is a two-component spray-applied rigid polyurethane foam, green in color, having a nominal density of 2 lb. per cu ft. This product is environmentally-friendly, using the zero-ozone depletion blowing agent, Enovate™ 3000, and contains recycled plastic materials and renewable soy oils.




All of DEMILEC (USA) LLC’s polyurethane foam products have undergone extensive testing and meet the intent of IRC 314 and IBC 2603 for foam plastics.
