To Upgrade Or Not To Upgrade...That Is The Question

Whether to upgrade to BSD's latest software products is undoubtedly a question for many users. Some people are early adopters, while others would rather not change at all. We understand and are trying to make the decision easier — here are some incentives:

• Current SpecLink+ subscribers may switch to SpecLink-E at no extra cost.

• SpecLink-E includes many features that SpecLink+ does not offer. For a complete list and description, click here.
• LinkMan-E, our software that links the specs to Autodesk Revit, requires SpecLink-E and will not work with SpecLink+.
• The PerSpective and Short Form Catalogs of SpecLink+ have been replaced by the Design Criteria Catalog and the Outline/Short Form option of SpecLink-E and will no longer be updated in SpecLink+.
• As of now, SpecLink+ is only available to current subscribers and support for it will stop on or around December 1, 2010.

While we understand reluctance to change and are often prone to it ourselves, we also hope our subscribers will understand that BSD cannot afford to support multiple versions of our products for an indefinite period. And SpecLink-E and LinkMan-E offer so much more in the way of productivity tools. Please visit our web site for more information about them:  www.bsdsoftlink.com.
